Being raised by a single mom she is half black & half Chinese. She entered a contest much like our American Idol, and now she is receiving recognition not necessarily for her talent.
This is a sad story even as far away as China blacks are being single out because of there race. They called her black pearl, where is Al Sharpton when you need him.
